Jennifer Kew joined Echelon Insurance in 2015, and has since held a number of positions in Marketing, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. Jennifer currently leads Echelon’s Marketing and Communications department as AVP, Marketing & Communications.

Jennifer has over 13 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. She’s passionate about the influence of marketing in driving successful brands, and an expert in rebranding exercises through her extensive experience with integrations, mergers, and acquisitions.

In her current role, Jennifer oversees all aspects of the Marketing & Communications department, including Integrated and Digital Marketing, Internal & External Communications, Events, Brand Strategy, and Public Relations. Her responsibilities include strategizing and streamlining processes and collaborating cross-functionally to market Echelons’ specialty products to the broker channel.

Jennifer holds a bachelor of design degree and is a Certified Marketing Specialist through the Canadian Marketing Association.
