Echelon’s Mobile Home (or Manufactured Home) Insurance policy provides you with reliable protection and exceptional service at competitive rates.

• Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes – Are those that have been fully constructed inside a factory and are not generally moved once occupied.
• Modular Homes – Are built in a similar manner as Mobile homes but have slightly construction ratings.
• Park Model – Are seasonally occupied, manufactured as a park model are permanently parked.

• Our policy offers coverage for the primary dwelling, detached structures (such as sheds or garages)
• Living expenses if your residence is damaged by a covered loss and
• Personal liability for injuries that might occur on your property
• Optional Loss of Use coverage and Emergency Accommodation Expense coverage

There may be discounts available, and you’ll also have the option of choosing a deductible amount that’s right for you. Contact your Broker to see what coverage and discounts may apply.
