To help ease the financial burden this pandemic has caused so many, Echelon has implemented a variety of relief measures for our Personal and Commercial customers. Some examples include premium adjustments based on changes in driving behaviours for our automobile customers, as well as continued coverage for our commercial property policyholders, despite occupancy changes. These are just a few examples of the flexibility that Echelon has introduced to support our customers during this time.

Making changes to your policy or payment
Your broker is here to support you. If you would like to change the date of your insurance premium payment, or need to make a change to your policy or coverage, please contact your insurance broker directly. If you require your broker’s contact details, please refer to your policy, or locate them using our Locate a Broker search tool.
As many of our broker partners are operating remotely, we encourage you to reach out to them by email or phone.
Please note: We are unable to accept changes directly from policyholders by phone or email. All requests MUST be sent to us by a broker.
